Katie Palani is a Kansas native and a K-State graduate. She and her husband, Sagar, love to travel around the world and have a heart for loving the nations right here in Manhattan, Kansas! Katie has been connected with HIS since her time as a student at KSU, and joined the HIS on staff in January 2017.

Katie is responsible for the HIS Friends program, planning and coordinating HIS events throughout the year, and encouraging partner ministries and facilitators as they love the nations among us! If you could have any superpower, what would it be and why? To travel instantly to another place - no long flights, waiting in lines, just pick the place and be there in a moment! I could travel to see friends and family around the world anytime I wished!
Favorite international dessert? Mango sticky rice from Thailand - yum!
